Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

·       All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are first verified via phone call by our Order Support Team before shipping.

·       If a customer wishes to cancel a COD order, they can do so at the time of the verification call, before the order is dispatched.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

·       Online Payments: Securely via PayFast.

·       Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.

Refund Policy

·       Refunds apply only to orders paid online via PayFast.

·       A refund will only be applicable when the customer gets the mobile phone verified by our Customer Support Team located in Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi, or from the shop from which the mobile phone was purchased, to ensure that the phone is unopened and completely sealed.

·       If the phone is found to be opened but has an issue, the company will not issue a refund. Instead, the phone will be directed to our Customer Care Centers for repair/service under the applicable warranty terms.

·       In case of cancellation or return, the transaction is first verified by the PayFast team.

·       Once approved, the amount will be reverted back to the same bank details of the customer who placed the order.

·       Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process after verification.

Order Processing & Delivery Policy

·       Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation through our verification process.

·       Once dispatched, delivery to the designated address anywhere in Pakistan is carried out through our trusted logistics partner TCS Courier.

·       Customers cannot open or check the parcel before paying the TCS courier rider, as TCS does not allow this practice.

·       Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 working days, depending on the location. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

·       For areas near our Lahore and Karachi warehouses, orders may be delivered via third-party riders for faster delivery if TCS is taking more time. In such cases, tracking may be limited compared to standard TCS shipments.

Shipping Costs

·       We currently offer free standard shipping nationwide.

·       If you require express shipping, it can be arranged at an additional charge (if available in your area).

Order Tracking

·       After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your shipment directly with TCS Courier.

·       Customers can check their order status anytime using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Coverage

·       We deliver to all regions of Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

·       In case any area is not serviceable, our support team will promptly contact you to discuss alternatives.

Delivery Issues

·       If there are any delays, incorrect shipments, or damaged products, customers can contact our Support Team immediately.

·       We will work quickly to resolve any issues and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
